Valley Forge Flags Story

Founded in 1882, Valley Forge Flag started as a family-owned burlap bag business. By the 1910’s we were also selling World War I surplus, including U.S. flags. The flags were such a success that we began producing our own high-quality American flags in the 1920s.  Since then, we have grown to become a leading manufacturer of American flags and accessories, including flagpoles and hardware.

Valley Forge Flag is a founding member of the FMAA and plays an active role on the FMAA board. Did you know that U.S. law requires every American flag to be labeled with its country of origin? Only the FMAA “Certified Made in the U.S.A.” certification seal assures consumers that their flag was made in the U.S.A. with domestic resources and labor.
