All shipping rates quoted are for the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii require specialized freight quotes. Please call, or email, for those shipping rates.
Orders are shipped and delivered by AGCG Inc. depending on the order size, weight and destination.
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes. Please email or phone, if you require express shipping.
RETURNS
Customers may return an order, in the original unopened carton(s) and condition, within 15 days for full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a shipping error has occurred.
If items are returned in non-original cartons, or items are damaged, or parts are missing, a re-stocking fee will be charged. Credit, or refund, will be given within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Custom products cannot be returned.
